Get Free Vaccine And Get Free Trolley Ride
The Trolley Museum partnered with the state and Griffin Health to give folks who get vaccinated from June 30 to July 4 free trolley rides.
EAST HAVEN, CT — All aboard.
The state’s vaccine van is soon on the road to East Haven, and folks from all over New Haven County who get vaccinated at the free clinic set to be held at the Shore Line Trolley Museum get a free trolley ride.
The free, walk-up COVID-19 vaccine provided by the CT Department of Public Health and run by Griffin Health, is available to all New Haven County residents without an appointment and no health insurance or a state-issued ID is required. No one will be turned away, a news release from the state reads.

“Choosing to get vaccinated is an additional powerful tool in our fight against the COVID-19 virus,” the release reads. “The vaccine will protect you and your family and friends from becoming seriously ill from COVID-19 and will allow you to once again gather safely with your loved ones and neighbors. The vaccine will allow you to get back to a sense of normalcy.”
The bright yellow Mobile Vaccination Team SUVs will be at The Shore Line Trolley Museum, 17 River St,. from June 30 to July 4 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
