Hometown Holiday Road Trip: Grab The Map, See The Decorated Homes

EAST HAVEN, CT — More than 100 East Haven residents have entered the East Haven Chamber of Commerce's Holiday Home Decorating Contest. Now it's time to go check them out. Tonight looks like good weather. Tomorrow? Stay home and safe as a winter storm blows into town.

"Grab your hot cocoa and travel through our amazing town and see all the beautiful creations," the chamber wrote on Facebook, while adding a reminder: "Please remember these a private residents homes. Stay in your car for your safety and the respect of our participants." Homes in East Haven Center, Momauguin and Foxon are included.

Voting begins Wednesday on the Chamber's Facebook page. Winners will be announced Dec. 20.
