The Lobster Shack lobster rolls are made with freshly picked tail and claw meat, real butter, and a sprinkle of lemon juice on a toasted sub roll.
On summer days in Branford, the restaurant was jammed with lobster roll loving fans enjoying the delicious same sandwiches.
If you want to try a lobster roll - or something else - before it closes next Sunday - the restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday; it is open on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday till 7 p.m. and Friday and Saturday till 8 p.m.
