Missed The Wings, Seafood On Main Street? Good News, Papa's Back!
James Green took a gamble opening Papa's Wings in East Haven in a pandemic. But it paid off as the eatery took off, until he had to close.
EAST HAVEN, CT —Papa's is back.
Patch first met James Green, the name, and cook, behind Papa's Wings and Seafood, in July of 2020. Opening in a pandemic was no east feat and the Main Street eatery got off to a great start with top marks from diners.
Then, in early December, the restaurant was forced to close.

But based on the comments on social media for the past couple of months, people were both concerned, and anxious for the seafood spot to reopen.
It's busy at the restaurant at press time early Monday afternoon, so when Green catches a break, Patch will check in and update this post.
