Obituary: Edward D. “Eddie” Borelli, 81, of East Haven

Edward D. “Eddie” Borelli 81, of East Haven beloved husband of Catherine DeStefano Borelli passed away on June 28, 2021 in the Branford Hills Health Care Center. Father of Kerry (Sean) Healy of Branford. Grandfather of Nicole and Melissa Burwell and Sean and James Healy. Brother of Andrew (Connie) Borelli of Wallingford and the late Joseph Borelli. Eddie is also survived by several nieces and nephews and the uncle of the late Joseph P. DeStefano II. Eddie was born in New Haven on April 8, 1940 son of the late Dominic and Jeanette Paoloni Borelli.

Prior to his retirement Eddie was a butcher for Caron's Corner Supermarket of Branford.

Family and friends are invited to a parlor service in the PORTO FUNERAL HOME 234 Foxon Rd. (Rte. 80) East Haven THURSDAY morning at 11:00. Interment will follow in St. Agnes Cemetery. Family and friends may call THURSDAY morning from 8:30 until time of service.
