Born in New Haven in 1919, great-grandmother Faye, was an assembler for A.C. Gilbert and the Burndy Corporation prior to her retirement.

Faye Manna Fortino 102, of East Haven beloved mother of Linda (Jack) Ferraiolo of East Haven passed away on May 29, 2021 at her home surrounded by her family. Grandmother of Michael (Denise) Ferraiolo of Clinton and Jack (Haley) Ferraiolo of Wallingford. Great grandmother of Michael, Gabrielle and Emelia Ferraiolo. Mother - in- law of Rita Fortino of East Haven. Faye was predeceased by her son George Fortino, sisters Margaret Federico, Nancy Mennone and brothers Alphonse, Joseph and Salvatore Manna and husbands Frank Fortino and L.P. Florio.
Faye was born in New Haven on February 25, 1919 daughter of the late Salvatore and Raphaella Acampora Manna. Prior to her retirement Faye was an assembler for A.C. Gilbert and the Burndy Corporation.
Her funeral procession will leave the PORTO FUNERAL HOME 234 Foxon Rd. (Rte. 80) East Haven THURSDAY morning at 10:30. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Pio of Pietrelcina Parish in St. Vincent dePaul Church at 11:00. Interment will follow in St. Agnes Cemetery. Family and friends may call WEDNESDAY from 5pm to 8pm.
