What mentor taught about dealing with failure: He taught me to never accept failure no matter what. If something goes wrong, get up and try again. He said life is what you make of it, so if something doesn’t work out the way you want it, don’t let one failure discourage you.

Best advice from mentor: Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. All in all, it means to persevere through anything, and not let others fool you or distract you when you are trying to reach your goal or accomplish something.
