Vietnam Veterans, East Haven Firefighters Hold Annual Toy Drive

EAST HAVEN, CT —The Vietnam Veterans Chapter 484 Firework Committee along with the East Haven Fire Department, Local 1205 are holding their annual Christmas Toy Drive Sunday Dec. 6th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the East Haven Beach House on Cosey Beach Avenue and at Krauszer’s Convenience Store at the corner of Foxon Road and Mill Street.

Veterans and firefighters ask folks to, "Please stop by and drop off a new unwrapped toy to help make this Christmas a little brighter for our East Haven children."

Contactless curbside drop off will be available.

A donation box will also be located at the East Haven Stop & Shop, located at 370 Hemingway Ave. The box will be located under the manager's window in the front of the store until Dec. 10.

Monetary donations can be made out to VVA 484, and sent via mail to VVA 484 c/o Annarose Russo, 41 Hobson St. East Haven, CT 06512.
