"I'm looking forward to presenting our budget to the town and passing it along to the Town Council," he said. "We're putting the right building blocks in place to create a realistic and honest financial foundation for this community."

Carfora said that his administration and town departments have had their work cut out for them but are up to the challenge.

"We have a lot of work to do to overcome the financial chaos that was created and handed to us," he said. "Our team has stepped up to this challenge. We will continue to march on together and work hard to rebuild a town government that drives both growth, and opportunity for all residents."
