Company Relocating U.S. Headquarters to Fairfield
The company, which has offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Abu Dubai, England, Florida, Colorado and Texas, has signed a long-term lease.
FAIRFIELD, CT — BNP Associates, Inc. has relocated its U.S. headquarters from Brookfield to Fairfield with a longtime office lease at 1979-1983 Post Road, Angel Commercial, L.L.C., announced in a press release on Monday.
Brett A. Sherman, CCIM, Senior Vice President at Angel Commercial, L.L.C., represented the tenant in this transaction.
BNP Associates, Inc. will occupy approximately 5,753 square feet of office space at the Fairfield location.

BNP will be doing a complete renovation of the retail building and converting it into office space. The interior of the building will have high ceilings, exposed brick, and exposed ductwork.
