Fairfield Building Sells for $1.6 Million

FAIRFIELD, CT — An 11,042 square-foot industrial building, located on .76 acres at 730-750 Commerce Drive in Fairfield, has sold for $1.6 million, Angel Commercial, L.L.C. has announced.

Jon Angel, President at Angel Commercial, L.L.C., represented both the buyer and the seller in this transaction.

Angel said 730 Commerce Drive L.L.C. in Fairfield purchased the property from Commerce Properties L.L.C. and Babcock Holdings L.L.C.

Five Star Products, Inc., a provider of non-shrink cement and epoxy-based construction solutions, previously occupied the space.

“The company outgrew the building,” Angel said in a press release. “They moved to a larger facility in Shelton.”
