Fairfield Building Sells For $1 Million
The industrial property was acquired as an investment, according to the realtor.
FAIRFIELD, CT — An industrial property located at 107 Ardmore Street in Fairfield has been sold for $1 million, according to Jon Angel, President of Southport-based Angel Commercial, L.L.C.
The property consists of an 8,196 square-foot industrial building on .63 acres.
“The property was acquired by Ardmore LLC as an investment,” Angel said in a news release announcing the transaction.
