Fairfield Office Building Sells For $937,500

FAIRFIELD, CT – The office building located at 173 Sherman Street in Fairfield has sold for $937,500, realtors announced in a press release.

Brett A. Sherman, CCIM, Senior Vice President of Southport-based Angel Commercial, LLC, represented the seller, Paradigm Holdings, LLC, in the transaction.

The property is a 2,556 square-foot, two and a half-story office building that was impeccably remodeled, according to the press release.
