Lisa Lampanelli Puts Fairfield Home On The Market
The former insult comic turned life coach has put her beachside home, which has been featured on HGTV, on the market.
FAIRFIELD, CT — Former standup comedian turned life coach Lisa Lampanelli is selling her beachside home in Fairfield, the Connecticut Post reports. Lampanelli is perhaps best known for her appearances on the Comedy Central Roasts, the Howard Stern Show, the “Tonight Show with Jay Leno” and as a contestant on the fifth season of NBC’s “Celebrity Apprentice.” Lampanelli raised $130,000 for the Gay Men’s Health Crisis during her time on the show and advanced all the way to the final five before she was fired by eventual President Donald Trump.
Lampanelli retired from standup comedy in late 2018. The former insult comic is now “dedicating her life to running transformational food and body-image workshops, performing in issue-oriented storytelling shows, and completing a rigorous life-coaching certification program,” according to her website. Lampanelli recently led a three-part workshop, “Love Your Body, Feed Your Soul,” at the Pequot Library in Southport.
Lampanelli lost more than 100 pounds with the help of bariatric surgery in 2012 and “went on to speak with unflinching honesty about her lifelong food and body-image issues, and has since gone from insulter to inspirer,” her website states.
