New Tenants Arrive At Fairfield Shopping Center
The tenants recently signed leases at the shopping center, realtors announced.

FAIRFIELD, CT — The 72,815-square-foot Fairfield Shopping Center, anchored by Bob’s Stores, has two new tenants announced Jon Angel, President of Angel Commercial, L.L.C, a commercial real estate firm based in Southport. The two new tenants are the Post Road Dry Cleaners and AR Workshop.
“The Fairfield Shopping Center has remained a stable asset over the years,” Angel said in a press release.
The Post Road Dry Cleaners signed a long-term lease for 2,393 square feet at 909 Post Road next to Jenny Craig and relocated their store from the Rings End Plaza.

"This was a smart move for Post Road Dry Cleaners,” said Angel, who was the sole broker in this transaction. “They doubled their space, and improved the store’s accessibility and parking.”
AR Workshop signed a lease for 2,000 square feet of space at 869 Post Road next to the UPS Store and Coco Day Spa & Nails. AR Workshop is a boutique DIY studio that offers hands-on classes for creating custom, charming home decor from raw materials.

“This is their first location in Connecticut,” said Angel, who represented the landlord in this transaction. “We are excited to have helped bring this DIY workshop experience to the area.”
Other tenants at the shopping center include Capitol Photo Interactive, HobbyTown USA, M&T Bank, and F45 Training Fairfield USA.
