FAIRFIELD, CT ? A prominent office building on Black Rock Turnpike in Fairfield recently sold for $1.95 million, realtors announced this week.

The property at 883 Black Rock Turnpike sold on Dec. 20, Angel Commercial, LLC announced in a news release.
