2 Hospitalized After Crash In Hamden
Two people were extricated from their vehicles Monday night in Hamden, according to officials.
HAMDEN, CT — Two people were hospitalized after a crash in front of Common Grounds on Dixwell Avenue in Hamden, according to Hamden Fire Chief Gary Merwede.
Both patients were trapped in two separate vehicles. They were both extricated from their vehicles and taken to Yale-New Haven Hospital, Merwede wrote in a post on Twitter.
Hamden police are investigating the crash and motorists are advised to avoid the area and take an alternate route, Merwede said.
