Dessert Fest & Outdoor Movie Set For Friday In Hamden

HAMDEN, CT — Hamden’s Dessert Fest Mini Food Truck Festival and Outdoor Movie will take place from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 16 at Town Center Park (2761 Dixwell Avenue). Disney’s Ratatouille will be shown at 8 p.m.

“The fun and food begin at 6 p.m. with several Hamden favorite food trucks and goes on into the evening with a jumbo inflatable screen to watch the food-themed animated classic, Ratatouille,” according to a news release. “Bring blankets and chairs to get comfy on the Town Center Park lawn and enjoy a cool evening summer with friends and family.”

Food Trucks on site for the evening: DiSorbo's Italian Pastries, Donato's Pizza, Elm City Kettle Corn, Good Humor Ice Cream, Lobster Hut, Swaggat and The Snickering Coyote BBQ.
