Food Truck Festival Set For August In Hamden

HAMDEN, CT — The town’s annual Harvest and Homecoming Food Truck Festival will take place in August, officials announced this week.

The festival will take place from 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 6 at Town Center Park, 2761 Dixwell Avenue.

“Grab dinner or a snack from one of 20+ local and regional food trucks that will be in attendance - the perfect Friday-night picnic opportunity in the park!” organizers wrote in an email. “Bring a blanket, chairs, family, and friends for a traditional end-of-summer get together right in your own Hamden community. Live music provided by DJ Rachel, featuring local band, The Good Trouble playing over five decades of classic rock.”
