The Hamden Chamber of Commerce presents its Senior Health & Lifestyle Festival: A day to celebrate the health and lifestyle's of our citizens on Thursday, Oct. 10 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. in Thornton Wilder Auditorium at Miller Memorial Library, 2901 Dixwell Ave.
This event is free and open to the public.
Enjoy the 2013 Senior Health & Lifestyle Festival, a day to celebrate the lives of our community's senior citizens. This year's event will offer health and lifestyle options. We want you to have the best local assistance with a life of health and wellness mind, body and soul!
This year's event will be highlighted by Flu Shots provided by VNA Community Healthcare. Several insurances accepted as well as cash or check. Bring your insurance or Medicare card as proof of coverage.
Many free health screenings will be available, including Blood Pressure, Glaucoma, Stroke, Aneurysm, and more.
The event also features live entertainment, door prizes, special offers, and coupons. More than 40 vendors will be displaying their products and services.
