Hamden Man Charged with Violation of a Protective Order in Milford
Police say they responded to an Old Gate Lane motel.
Milford police say they responded to an Old Gate Lane motel on Dec. 13 to investigate a possible domestic violence incident when they discovered Nicholas Dellaquila, 36, of 72 Alstrum St. in Hamden to allegedly be in the company of a person who holds a full no-contact protective order against him.
Dellaquila is charged with violation of a protective order.
Dellaquila’s bond was set at $2,500 and he was given a court date of Dec. 14.
