Charles E. Williams, 53, of Hamden, passed away on Dec. 11, 2013.
He was born in New Haven, CT on October 10, 1960 to the late Frank and Ruth (Sauls) Williams. He leaves to cherish his memory his brothers, Thomas, Ronald and Donald Williams; sisters Cheryl Williams, Joyce (Malachi) Blandon and a host of family and friends. He was predeceased by brothers, Roy C. Hines and Frank E. Williams, Jr.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Dec. 21 at 3 p.m. at Christian Tabernacle Church, 425 Newhall Street, Hamden. Interment will be private.
