Hamden Police Blotter: Risk of Injury, Unlawful Restraint, Lots of Larcenies

The following arrest information was provided by the Hamden Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.




Oct. 29:


Joshua Johnson, 26, of 63 Gorham Ave., Hamden, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court, weapons in a motor vehicle and other motor vehicle charges. He was held in lieu of $500 bond and arraigned Nov. 12 in Meriden Superior Court.


Oct. 30:

Juan Baez, 37, of 37 West St., New Haven, was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault and second-degree breach of peace. He was held in lieu of $50,000 bond and arraigned the same day in Meriden Superior Court.

Jerod McGriff, 28, of 250 Main St., Meriden, was charged with third-degree assault, interfering with an emergency call, risk of injury to a child, unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct. He was arraigned the next day in Meriden Superior Court.

Kathleen Murphy, 24, of 72 Shelton Ave., New Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. She was arraigned Nov. 13 in Meriden Superior Court.


Oct. 31:

Antonio Blanco, 21, of Congers, New York, was charged with second-degree breach of peace. He was arraigned Nov. 6 in Meriden Superior Court.

Pablo Duluc, 35, of 60 Warner St., Hamden, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. He was held in lieu of $2,000 bond and arraigned Nov. 1 in Meriden Superior Court.

Brian MacDuff, 21, of Durham, was charged with second-degree breach of peace. He was arraigned Nov. 6 in Meriden Superior Court.

Shawn Miller, 29, of 680 Mix Ave., Hamden, was charged with engaging officers in pursuit, reckless driving and other motor vehicle charges. He was held in lieu of $5,000 bond and arraigned Nov. 12 in Meriden Superior Court.

Zachary Palmer, 21, of Mahwah, New Jersey, was charged with second-degree breach of peace. He was arraigned Nov. 6 in Meriden Superior Court.

Scott Sckubet, 21, of Mahwah, New Jersey, was charged with second-degree breach of peace. He was arraigned Nov. 6 in Meriden Superior Court.

Ryan Spagnuolo, 21, of Old Tappan, New Jersey, was charged with second-degree breach of peace. He was arraigned Nov. 6 in Meriden Superior Court.
