How did you come up with name?

Dance Fits U combines dance and fitness for all ages.

What business are you In?

Dance Fits U as an innovative concept in dance education.

Why start a business in this town?

Dance Fits U has created the first and only All-Star dance focused center in Connecticut.

What is the most difficult moment or challenge you’ve faced as a business owner?

Throughout my years as a dancer and coach of high school and collegiate dance teams, the facilities have always been a challenge. With Dance Fits U, we’ve created a state-of-the-art dance facility to simulate the competition environment in sound, flooring and visual learning.

What has been your favorite moment or proudest achievement since opening?

Helping children build confidence, dedication, teamwork and social skills. Helping adults build strong minds and bodies for a positive lifestyle.
