Kitten Stuck Inside Engine Rescued At Hamden Auto Body
A customer was on their way to Hamden Auto Body when they heard meows coming from the engine.
HAMDEN, CT — It certainly was a unique service call when a customer showed up at Hamden Auto Body with a kitten stuck inside the engine bay of their car on Friday morning. Fortunately for the kitten, the staff was up to the task.
“Just a typical Friday at Hamden Auto Body!” reads a post on the company’s Facebook page. “A kitten was stuck inside the engine bay of someone's Civic and luckily they were on their way to us when they heard the meows. Everyone pitched in on this rescue--a few engine shields, welding gloves, and a lot of bolts later and we were able to make sure the kitten was out of the car safely. Thank you Hamden Animal Control for coming down and making sure this kitty gets checked out!”
