“Pirate School” stars David Engel as the bumbling pirate Billy Bones, an amiable bumpkin of a buccaneer with a heart of gold. He comes with his treasure chest of classic slapstick comedy, magic, bubble-play, music, a rusty bugle and scads of participatory fun.
