
A Hamden man is facing drug charges after police executed a warrant at his home on Thursday.
Members of the Hamden Police Department Street Interdiction Team and Emergency Services Unit executed a search and seizure warrant at 142 Augur St. early Thursday morning, according to police spokesman Capt. Ronald Smith.
"Officers had conducted a lengthy investigation with regards to drug sales," Smith said in a release.

Officers arrested resident Edward Manning, 39, of 142 Augur St. on three warrants, Smith said. He was charged with three counts of possession of narcotics with intent to sell.
Manning was held in lieu of $150,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Meriden Superior Court on Oct. 30.
