‘Major Accident’ Reported In Hamden

HAMDEN, CT — Emergency crews responded to a “major accident” in the area of Whitney Avenue and Augur Street late Tuesday night, according to fire officials.

Officials said the area will be shut down to traffic while the Hamden Police Department investigates, according to a post on Twitter around 11 p.m.
