Man Accused Of Public Indecency In Walgreens: Hamden Police
The man was arrested after the incident, according to police.
HAMDEN, CT — A Hamden man was arrested after a public indecency incident inside a Walgreens last week, according to police.
Police responded to Walgreens at 1191 Dixwell Ave. on May 20 and the officer was “waved down” by the store manager regarding a public indecency complaint, according to Capt. Ronald Smith.
“Investigation revealed that Jabron Matheney stood behind a female customer and masturbated inside of the store,” Smith wrote in a news release.

Matheney was later arrested in the area of Dixwell Avenue and Woodin Street, according to Smith.
Matheney, 27, of Third Street, was charged with public indecency and second-degree breach of peace. He was held in lieu of a $10,000 bond with a court date of Aug. 5.
