Man Seriously Injured In Shooting In Hamden: Police
The shooting happened over the weekend, according to police.
HAMDEN, CT — A man was hospitalized with serious injuries after being shot early Saturday morning in Hamden, according to police.
Police responded to Hamden Park Drive around 1:15 a.m. on the report of a shooting.
The 29-year-old shooting victim was found near the canal line, according to Capt. Ronald Smith.

Smith said the man was shot in the lower back and taken to Yale-New Haven Hospital.
“There was a lack of cooperation at the crime scene,” Smith said in a news release.
