Pedestrian Struck By Vehicle In Hamden

Crews are at the scene of the accident, according to fire officials.

HAMDEN, CT — A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle Wednesday morning in Hamden, according to fire officials.

The pedestrian was struck at Whitney Avenue and River Road, officials said.

Crews are at the scene and officials are advising motorists to use caution in the area.

There was no immediate word on the pedestrian’s condition.
