Quinnipiac ‘Pauses’ Men’s Basketball After Coronavirus Case
The Quinnipiac men's basketball games for this weekend have been postponed due to a confirmed case of the coronavirus, officials announced.
HAMDEN, CT — The Quinnipiac men’s basketball program has paused team-related activities because of a confirmed positive case of the coronavirus, university officials announced Tuesday.
Quinnipiac’s home games against Iona that were scheduled for this weekend (Dec. 11-12) have been postponed.
“The health and safety of the Quinnipiac community remains paramount as Quinnipiac Athletics continues to follow university, local, state and national guidelines in response to the global pandemic,” the school said in a statement.”

So this weekend we were supposed to play Monmouth back to back. They went into pause so we rescheduled with Quinnipiac. Just heard that Quinnipiac has now paused, so we will now play Fairfield. Who’s on First!
