Restaurant Week Announced In Hamden

The eighth annual event will take place in September and restaurants interested in participating are still able to join.

HAMDEN, CT — Hamden’s 8th annual Restaurant Week will take place from Monday, Sept. 24 through Saturday, Sept. 29, the Hamden Regional Chamber of Commerce and presenting sponsor Bankwell announced in a press release.

“We’re thrilled to partner with Bankwell to make this annual event possible,” Hamden Regional Chamber President Nancy Dudchik said. “We’re glad to have them join us in showcasing all our diverse and unique eateries. It’s a great opportunity for people to discover a new restaurant, or revisit an old favorite for great prices and deals.”

“Bankwell is delighted to partner with the Hamden Regional Chamber to continue to bring events like Restaurant Week to the community,” said Lisa L. Cole, Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager for Bankwell. “Bankwell is still very much committed to giving back to the communities that we proudly serve.”

Open to any restaurant in Hamden, participants must agree to offer either a $9 to $15 prix fixe lunch, a $20 to $35 prix fixe dinner (or both), or a buy-one-get-one option.
