Skiff Street To Be Closed To One-Way Traffic In Hamden

HAMDEN, CT — Police are advising motorists that Skiff Street in Hamden will be closed to one-way traffic on Tuesday and Wednesday. Skiff Street will be one-way traffic eastbound from Dixwell Avenue to Whitney Avenue from 7 a.m. on April 21 through 5:30 p.m. on April 22, according to police.

The closure is part of the Skiff Street Bridge Replacement Project and is for final grading and paving for portions of the road, weather permitting, officials said.

Police are advising motorists to consider taking alternate routes.
