SoHa Spring Kid Festival In Hamden

HAMDEN, CT — The SoHa (Southern Hamden) Spring Kid Festival will take place on Wednesday, April 17 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Keefe Community Center, 11 Pine Street in Hamden. The Town of Hamden Youth Services Bureau encourages area youth to join in for a fun, free day of activities and entertainment. There will be lots to keep your big kids, little kids and really little kids active.

The Town of Hamden Police Department will have a K-9 demonstration and children will be able to explore several town vehicles including a Hamden Fire Department fire truck, a police cruiser and CERT Command Center.

Special visitors include Miss Connecticut 2019, Acacia Courtney. Free books from Read to Grow, Little Kid Zone hosted by Birth to Three Rehab Associates of CT, a bounce house, Virtual Reality Game Truck, arts and crafts activities, seed planting and healthy refreshments are all a sure bet for a fun day.
