This Week in Hamden: Learn Irish Dancing, Catch Some Music
Free Irish Dancing open house in Cheshire, West Woods Neighborhood Association meets tonight.
Monday, Jan. 20:
The West Woods Neighborhood Association will meet at 7 p.m. at Mount Carmal Congregational Church, 3284 Whitney Ave., in the parish center.
Tuesday, Jan. 21:
The Clean & Green Commission meets at 7 p.m. in the third floor conference room at Hamden Government Center.
Wednesday, Jan. 22:
Free Open House - Learn the Irish Jig in time for St. Patrick's Day - Childrens' classes taught in Cheshire by certified Irish Dance teachers from the Horgan Academy of Irish Dance. 5:45 p.m., Fellowship Hall, 205 Academy Rd., Cheshire.
David Allen Hammond will be playing songs off his last two CDs as the featured artist at the open mic at 7:00 p.m. at The Outer Space, 295 Treadwell St.
