Van Fire Extinguished In Hamden: Officials
The fire extended to a second vehicle and the rear fence behind a restaurant in Hamden, according to officials.
HAMDEN, CT — Crews extinguished a van fire behind a restaurant Thursday afternoon in Hamden, according to Fire Chief Gary Merwede.
“Hamden fire crews extinguished a van fire that extended to a second vehicle and rear fence behind Amici’s Restaurant in Spring Glen,” Merwede wrote in a post on Twitter. “A fast response kept the nearby buildings from being involved.”
No injuries were reported.
