West Haven Man Facing Failure to Appear Charges

A West Haven man who had been arrested twice on drug charges is now facing charges that he failed to appear in court.

Lauber was charged with two counts of first-degree failure to appear, Smith said. 

"Hamden Police had previously arrested Lauber on two occasions for possession of narcotics," Smith said. "He failed to appear in court for these charges. Lauber was transported to Meriden Superior Court [Wednesday] morning."

Officer Jeremy Brewer conducted the investigation, Smith said.
