2 Killed In Manchester Crash Tuesday Night: Police
A two-car crash in Manchester claimed the lives of both drivers, police said.

MANCHESTER, CT — Two people died in a two-car crash in Manchester late Tuesday night, police said.
The crash took place at 10:52 p.m. at the intersection of Tolland Turnpike and Oakland Street, according to a police report.
When they arrived at the scene, first responders found both cars with heavy damage, according to a report.

One driver, a 41-year-old woman, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to a police report.
The driver of the second vehicle, a 44-year-old man, was transported to Hartford Hospital by ambulance and was pronounced dead a short time later, a report indicated.

There were no other occupants in either vehicle, police said.
The drivers were later identified as Rosalyn Rico of East Hartford and Kurtis Decker of Manchester.
This crash is currently under investigation by the Manchester Police Department Traffic Unit and Metro Traffic Services Crash Reconstruction Team. Anyone who may have witnessed the crash or has additional information should contact Officer Daniel Roberts at 860-645-5560.
