* At 819 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain in Hartford to Springfield Corridor and surrounding communities. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area during this morning.
Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
