Cops: Just-Released Arrestee Urinates in Front of Police Station
Allegation: Peeing in the wrong place at the wrong time ...

Some free advice: Don’t pee in public in front of the Manchester police station. If a cop sees you, you could be arrested.
That’s what police say Ricky LaJoie, 53, of 791 Main St. did on Saturday, and an arrest was the response, according to a report in the Hartford Courant that cited police statements (which are accusations not proven in court). A police supervisor passing by saw him standing in the covered bus stop in front of the station with his hands in front of him, according to the report.
Further investigation revealed that urine had been let loose at the bus stop.

Earlier in the day, LaJoie had been arrested by police on trespassing and theft charges at J&M Motor Sports on Broad Street, and he’d just been released on a promise to appear in court , according to the report. With the new arrest on a charge of breach of peace immediately under his belt (sorry, couldn’t help that), police set bond at $5,000 for the new charge.
