Culvert Work Prompting Delays In Busy Section Of Manchester

A construction project is likely to cause delays in a busy area of Manchester this week.

MANCHESTER, CT — A construction project is likely to cause delays in a busy area of Manchester this week.

Hillstown Road between Woodside Street and is slated to be closed from 7 a.m. on Tuesday until 5 p.m. Friday, officials said while a box culvert is replaced just north ofd Star Farms Drive.

Traffic will be detoured around the work area via Hills Street, Oak Street and Woodside street, officials said.

Local, traffic between Star Farms Drive and and Hills Street will be allowed to enter at the southern closure point at Hills Street, officials said.
