ICYMI: Large Amount of Drugs Seized and Two Arrested in Manchester
ICYMI (in case you missed it): Police said an investigation led them to a drug dealer and a stash of drugs in the north end of town.

A large quantity of drugs were seized and two people were arrested by the East Central Narcotics Taskforce and Manchester police on Tuesday after what police said was a lengthy investigation into drug sales in and around Manchester, according to WTNH-TV.
Here’s the account (accusations not proven in court) given by police, according to the television station:

During the investigation, members of the task force received information about a drug dealer named “Gus” selling marijuana, MDMA and LSD in the north end of town and nearby. Police applied for and received a search warrant for the hotel room where the drug dealer was living. “Gus” was identified as William Garrett, 37.
In searching the hotel room, police found and seized:

- 1.08 pounds of marijuana (estimated street value of $2,800)
- 104 tabs of LSD blotter paper (estimated street value of $1,040)
- 22 grams of ketamine (estimated street value of $950)
- 7 grams of MDMA, also known as “Molly” (estimated street value of $350)
- Five marijuana cookies (estimated street value of $100)
- $14633 in cash
- Numerous drug paraphernalia
- A 2004 Volvo SUV
- Several cell phones and computers
Garrett was charged with possession of the drugs, and police found he was wanted on a warrant by San Francisco police on a charge of sale of a dangerous substance.
Also arrested on drug possession charges was Alyssa Holt, 24, of Manchester.
