MANCHESTER, CT — A 68-year-old man sustained serious injures during a stabbing incident at an apartment complex on Carver Lane, according to police.

Emergency personnel responded around 11:57 a.m. Lt. Ryan Shea told reporters police know who the suspect is, and are actively seeking them.
