MANCHESTER, CT — Manchester police are using a strange traffic incident to illustrate the need to clean off windshields before driving this winter.

Police depicted the stop in a New Year's Eve social media post. A spokesman for the department said a patrol officer noticed a sportscar with frozen slush completely covereing its windshield after last week's icy storm.

He pulled the car over and was joined by another officer.
