Manchester Man Charged with Threatening Burger King Restaurant

Police said he made reference to a movie in which a man at a fast-food restaurant took out a gun when he couldn't get breakfast.

Police say a Manchester man threatened to shoot up the Center Street Burger King on Sunday because it stopped serving breakfast, according to a report on WFSB-TV.

Gary Kuhn is alleged to have made a comment referring to the movie Falling Down, in which a man at a fast-food restaurant takes out a gun when he can’t get breakfast served. Kuhn, who’s age and address were not mentioned in the WFSB-TV report, was not carrying a gun and no one was hurt. He does not have a criminal record, the television station reported.

Police charged Kuhn with threatening and breach of peace and held him on $10,000 bond, which he did not immediately post. He is scheduled to appear April 30 in court.
