MANCHESTER, CT — The Manchester Planning Department has an end-of-the-year task — rate the improvements made to the Downtown business district and suggest a few more.

"This year, we implemented a number of changes downtown, both long-planned and in response to COVID-19," officials said. "Please help us learn more about what the community thought about these changes by completing this very short (five-minute) survey.

The survey covers things like a person's relationship to Downtown Manchester, grading improvements like additional parking and outdoor dining and has space for suggestions.
