Manchester Officials Join New Push To Market Main Street Building
A Manchester commercial property is for sale for more than $1 million.

MANCHESTER, CT — Manchester economic development officials are joining renewed efforts to market a commercial building on Main Street.
The price for 806-808 Main St. is a cool $1.1 million.
That asking price first emerged in 2019, but Manchester economic development officials Monday touted it on Twitter as an "opportunity to invest in Downtown's current transformation." Organized efforts in recent years have led to a variety of restaurants, and specialty stores emerging on Main Street.

The 800 block on Main Street is also the area of the start and finish lines for the famed Manchester Road Race.
The 2-story building measures 30,000 square feet with an additional 15,000 square feet in the basement. The first floor is set top for retail and the second floor for offices. It features two elevators and two parking lots.
