Oscar Carrusso of 294 Maple St., 3rd floor, Hartford, was arrested and charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Tyrone Davis of 97 Mather St. was arrested and charged with possession with intent to sell marijuana, possession of less than one-half of one ounce of marijuana and three counts of sale of marijuana.

Amy E. Roberts of 405 Spruce Dr. was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without insurance and making an unsafe movement.

Edwin Navarijo of New Britain was arrested and charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Shekyll L. Robinson of 32 Dudley St. was arrested and charged with breach of peace and interfering with police.
