November 12

Ronald Lee Black Jr., no age given, of 37 Huntington St., Hartford, was charged with three-counts of sixth-degree larceny. 

Sasha T. Knight, no age given, of 135 Broad St., Hartford, was charged with failure to appear. 

Joseph T. Tully, no age given, of 24 Norman St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree assault, fourth-degree sexual assault and criminal possession of body armor. 

Brian Anthony Ruben, no age given, 99 Sisson St., East Hartford, was charged with second-degree threatening. 

Hasnae H. Alwan, no age given, of N6 St. Marc Circle, South Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Rodolfo Diaz Tellez, no age given, of 68 Woodbridge St., Manchester, was charged with four counts of risk of injury to a minor and four counts of fourth-degree sexual assault. 

Thomas Lee Williams, 41, of 73 Bushnell St., Hartford, was charged with possession of more than half an ounce of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell and possession of drugs within 1,500 feet of a school.

Kearran Smith, 50 Winter St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Robin M. Reddick, no age given, of 50 Winter St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Alisha Katrina Meggett, no age given, of 37 Bileue St., Manchester, was charged with failure to appear. 

Zachery A. Suarez, no age given, of 20 Milford Rd., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct, risk of injury to a minor, criminal mischief and third-degree assault of an elderly, blind, disabled, pregnant or mentally retarded person after police say he assaulted his pregnant girlfriend. 

Theresa E. Guerrin, of 358 Adams St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Roy D. Serrao-Filho, no age given, of 22 Merrimas St., Danbury, was charged with the sale or transfer of an assault weapon and third-degree larceny.

Roy David Lowe, no age given, of 75 North St., Manchester, was charged with risk of injury to a minor, reckless endangerment and breach of peace. 

Whitney Mays, no age given, of 29 Glennwood St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree assault. 

Thomas Davis, no age given, of 185 East Center St., Manchester, was charged with possession of crack cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drugs with intent to sell, possession of drugs within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia within 1,500 feet of a school and possession of drugs with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school. 

Rashawn Dean Taylor, no age given, of 181 Tolland St., East Hartford, was
charged with sixth-degree larceny.
